The Mikva Challenge, was founded as a tribute to former Federal Appellate Court Judge, Congressman and White House Counsel, Abner Mikva and his wife, Zoe, a dedicated former teacher and social activist. The Mikva Challenge provides young people opportunities to actively participate in the political process, thereby nurturing effective, informed citizens, advocates and political participants.
